Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Director to join our team in New York/London/Bangkok/São Paulo. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving yield initiatives across the business, developing and executing departmental/ regional sales plans aligned with company goals, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.

  • Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
  • You will manage a global team of 6, comprising 3 Sales Enablement Managers and 3 Revenue Operations Managers.
  • You will develop and execute departmental/ regional sales plans aligned with company goals, overseeing yield optimization initiatives to maximize revenue or minimize cost.
  • You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading indicators, collaborating with regional leaders, FP&A, and BI to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  • You will be responsible for driving yield initiatives across the global business.
  • You will champion product adoption for mature publisher and advertiser products.
  • You will drive annual training needs analysis, integrate and prioritize execution plan to best support the achievement of business goals; measure effectiveness and ROI of training investment.
  • You will design and deliver comprehensive global sales training programs, including onboarding, basic and advanced sales skills, industry-specific training, and in conjunction with Product Marketing on new product/feature rollouts.
  • You will lead the planning and execution of Annual Regional Sales Kickoff events, working closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Product Marketing, IT, Facilities, and Finance—to deliver seamless events across key regions.
  • You will continuously assess knowledge and product/sales skills fluency within the Sales teams.
  • You will manage all sales communications and content management systems.
  • You will implement a performance management strategy prioritizing a data-driven approach to coaching the Sales teams.
