Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at our Hemel Hempstead Fitness & Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the club, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue
- Oversee health and safety, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our members
- Conduct tours and presentations to prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club
