Duty Manager

At Adventure Leisure, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the smooth operation of Mulligans Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance, and driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including managing staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies, including managing enquiries and party functions.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives.
Requirements:
* 1 year's experience in people management and venue operations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
