We're currently recruiting at our Hemel Hempstead Premier Inn for a Duty Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a welcoming, safe, and brilliant experience.

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure all aspects of the hotel experience are exceptional.

  • Manage the hotel's operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day running
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives
