Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Mulligans Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the center, managing the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including opening and closing shifts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Lead and motivate the team, providing training and development opportunities to improve operation and service levels.
- Manage customer interactions, resolving issues and providing a positive experience for all guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, manage enquiries, and promote our services to local businesses.
- 1 year's experience in people management and venue management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good delegation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
