About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Mulligans Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the venue, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and customer service.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure the smooth operation of the venue.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- 1 year's experience in a people management or venue management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with health and safety procedures and compliance.
