About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Mulligans Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the centre, managing the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full key holder responsibilities
  • Open and Close the Centre, ensuring that standards are met and service levels are consistent throughout the shift
  • Be customer-facing on shifts and when required, providing the best service and experience possible
  • Manage the team on shift, allocating tasks, observing service, and providing training to improve operation and service levels

Requirements

  • 1 year's People Management experience - Essential
  • 1 year's Venue Management experience - Essential
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role - Essential
  • Key holder experience - Essential
  • Health and safety experience (carrying out checks) - Essential
