Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Bank Support Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring continued high-quality care and support during times of annual leave, training, or sickness.

The successful candidate will support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs. You will assist with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, medication management, accompanying them to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, and providing emotional support.

We welcome applications from female applicants who drive with access to their own vehicle. The ideal candidate will have confidence in using computers and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
