We are seeking an experienced Practitioner in Community Care to join our team in East Kilbride. As a Practitioner in Community Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continued high-quality care and support of individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in their own homes.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly, choosing your shifts and working at times that suit you best. Our bank contracts will give you the flexibility to work at times that fit your schedule.

As a Practitioner in Community Care, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling, and personal care. You will also provide emotional support and assist individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends.
