Job Title: Care and Support Practitioner

About the Job:

We are currently seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Practitioner in East Fife. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks. You will work closely with each individual to understand their needs and preferences and tailor your support accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Administer and monitor medication
  • Social support - assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various clubs and leisure activities

Working Conditions:

You will typically work Monday to Friday, although flexibility is required to cover weekends and shift patterns. You must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to use your vehicle for work-related purposes.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
