We are seeking an experienced and caring Support Practitioner to join our team at Hopeman Avenue, a purpose-built care home in Arden. As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to eight adults with mental health needs, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also be required to facilitate opportunities for individuals to engage in community activities and pursue their interests.

A successful Support Practitioner will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. IT literacy and good organisational skills are also essential. We offer competitive pay (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including annual leave, cashback discounts, and continuous training opportunities.
