We are looking for an experienced Support Practitioner to join our team in Inverness, Scotland. As a Support Practitioner with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will play a vital role in providing essential support services to individuals who need it most.

No prior care experience is required, as we invest in your qualifications and provide full training through our award-winning learning & development team before starting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Support: Assist individuals in engaging with their communities by planning and attending outings to leisure activities such as day centers, cinemas, swimming pools, etc.
  • Practical Support: Help people maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks like general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,500 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes generous annual leave, TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel during shifts, fuel allowance, ongoing training opportunities, career advancement in social care, refer-a-friend scheme, and HSF Health Care plan.
