About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Midlothian. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others and be able to provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals in need.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals to engage with their communities through social support activities such as outings to local clubs and leisure facilities.
  • Administer and monitor medication as required.
  • Provide practical support with daily household tasks to help individuals maintain their independence.
Requirements

As a Support Practitioner, you will be required to work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers if necessary. A valid full UK driving licence is also a requirement for this role.
