About the Role

As a Bank Support Practitioner with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will be supporting individuals with various needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism.

You may work weekends, shift patterns, and sleepovers if needed, and your responsibilities will depend on the individuals you support.

These may include:

  • Social Support: assisting with community engagement and outings to clubs and leisure activities.
  • Medical Support: administering and monitoring medication.
  • Practical Support: helping with daily household tasks and maintaining tenancy.
