Care and Support Practitioners play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and additional support needs to live independently in their own homes. At The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, we seek dedicated professionals to join our team as Care and Support Practitioners.

About the Position

As a Care and Support Practitioner, you will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Your duties will include assisting clients with daily tasks, such as medication management, personal care, and household chores.

With a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, you will be rewarded for your contributions to the well-being of our clients.
