We're looking for individuals to join our team as Support Practitioners, providing assistance to individuals in Lennoxtown and Balmore. Our Support Practitioners play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and increase their independence.


As a Support Practitioner, you'll support individuals with daily living tasks, including household chores, medication management, meal preparation, personal care, and finances. You'll also help them access leisure activities, engage in meaningful pursuits, and participate in hobbies and interests that bring them joy.


We're seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing top-notch care and support.


Shift patterns will involve early mornings, days, and evenings, with weekends, public holidays, waking nights, and sleepovers forming part of your rota on a rotational basis. You'll receive additional pay for sleepovers and waking nights.


Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and work towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with our Training Academy's support.
