Turning Point Scotland is a leading provider of support services for individuals with varying needs. Our North Lanarkshire service focuses on providing self-directed support, allowing individuals to have and use their own budgets.

We offer a range of roles for Support Practitioners who are passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives. As a Support Practitioner, you will provide individualized support to adults with diverse needs, empowering them to develop skills and independence.

Our team is dedicated to supporting individuals within the community, engaging with their hobbies and interests. You will attend various community groups, accompany service users to activities they enjoy, and participate in holidays and trips away.

About the Role

Requirements

  • A genuine commitment to supporting people to live their best lives.
  • An approachable management team that provides ongoing support.
  • No previous working experience is necessary; full training will be provided.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary: £23,450 - £24,514 (Pro-Rata) per annum.
  • Travel time payment at a rate of 45p per mile.
  • A separate sleepover payment of £96.00 for every sleepover shift worked.
