Support Practitioner Role

We are hiring a Support Practitioner to join our Glasgow South Central Housing Support service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in the Pollock and Govan area.
As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily living, including support with personal finances, medication, and personal care. You will also be expected to take an active interest in the hobbies and interests of the individuals you support, such as going out for walks and attending social clubs.
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Generous annual leave and benefits package available, including cash back and discounts at high street and online retailers.
We require an empathetic and caring individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT literacy and ability to work well in a team environment are also essential.
