Job SummaryWe are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. As an Early Years Family Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years, working closely with parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for all.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, following the principles of the National Care Standards
- To work closely with parents and carers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their child's individual requirements are met
- To contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging activities and experiences, tailored to meet the needs of each child
- To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, using this information to inform future planning
- A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g. HNC/HND, SVQ Level 3, etc.)
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years, preferably in a nursery or early years setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to the smooth running of the nursery
