Job Summary

We are seeking an Early Years Scotland HR Assistant to join our friendly team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR and a passion for supporting others.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with HR systems, and a talent for administration. They will be responsible for supporting the team with day-to-day tasks, including recruitment, payroll, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks
  • Assist with recruitment processes and induction of new staff
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support employee development and training initiatives
Requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and electronic filing
  • Experience working with HR systems and software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Benefits

Salary Estimate
