The role involves providing individualised support, promoting independence, and engaging individuals in activities that bring joy and fulfillment. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs
- Supporting individuals within the community and engaging with their hobbies and interests
- Attending community groups and accompanying service users to activities they enjoy
