Job Details

This Support Practitioner role involves working with our Coatbridge team to provide individualised support and care to people with disabilities and/or additional support needs.


Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as medication management, budgeting, and household chores.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with service users, encouraging their interests and participation in activities.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
