Care and Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Practitioner to join our Butterbiggins Road service on a full-time basis. As a Care and Support Practitioner, you will provide tailored support to individuals, assisting with daily living tasks, emotional, and social support.
You will work closely with the team to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care, using your transferable skills and values to make a real difference in their lives. No previous experience in care is necessary, as we recruit on values and skills rather than qualifications.
Apart from a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, you will enjoy benefits like annual leave, cash back and discounts, paid travel, fuel allowance, and continuous training opportunities.
The shift patterns may vary, but you can expect to work a mix of day and night shifts, including some overnight sleepovers, which will be compensated separately.
