We are recruiting a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at HC-One Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a therapeutic care setting, providing expert care and support to individuals with complex dementia needs.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents with dementia, incorporating evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, promoting resident autonomy and dignity.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
Requirements:
- Active NMC Pin and minimum 2 years' experience in dementia care.
- Post-registration clinical experience working with people with dementia, including experience of completing holistic nursing assessments.
- Ability to work autonomously, making sound judgments and decisions in complex situations.
Salary: £50,800 - £52,300 per annum, depending on experience.
