As a Nurse Practitioner on our ward, you will play a crucial role in driving the standard of patient care. You will be a registered nurse with relevant qualifications and experience, able to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team headed by our matron.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing care plans, and providing expert advice to colleagues. You will also be responsible for collaborating with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care.
