Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team at BMS Performance as a Business Development Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in the EMEA region by securing new business and managing existing client relationships.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our services to key decision makers and department heads within software, tech, engineering, and medtech sectors. They will also be expected to foster business expansion through webinars and conferences across the UK and Europe.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a closing role.
  • Experience in complex subscription sales environments (e.g., BI/data, market research, or SaaS).
  • A driven, switched-on, and articulate individual who thrives in an independent yet friendly and supportive work culture.
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary: £55-65k + OTE £30-40k in Year 1.
  • Flexible remote working with occasional international travel.
