Job Summary:

Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Porter/Concierge to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents and their guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Attend to residents' and visitors' needs and wants, exceeding their expectations.
  • Open doors, carry parcels and suitcases, and provide general assistance as required.
  • Assist management with maintaining records and daily administration, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Report any Health and Safety concerns to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, prioritizing the well-being of our residents and staff.
  • Conduct regular building checks, identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or potential problems.
  • Manage communal keys and apartment keys, ensuring secure access and minimizing any disruptions.
  • Perform basic DIY tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fuses, to maintain a safe and functional environment.
  • Oversee tradesmen working on site, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of security measures at the property, protecting our residents and their assets.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years' experience working as a Residential Concierge or within Hospitality as a Porter.
  • Flexibility to cover 35 hours per week over multiple Central London sites.
  • Passion for Customer Service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Good level of computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
