Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Concierge Department as a Night Concierge. Reporting to the Head Hall Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service during their stay. This will involve meeting and greeting guests, providing recommendations on hotel services and local attractions, and working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Offer recommendations on hotel services and local attractions, enhancing the guest experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure a smooth stay
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on hotel services and local offerings

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of composure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
