We are a 370-bedroom hotel located in a prime area of central London, offering a unique blend of comfort and convenience to our guests. Our hotel is situated near iconic London landmarks, including Lords Cricket Ground, Regents Park, and London Zoo.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic full-time Concierge (Luggage Porter) to join our Front Office team on a Fixed Term Contract of 3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Concierge and Car Park areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run an efficient Concierge and Car Park area, managing guest requests and ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including night and day shifts, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Manage the movement of luggage and other items, ensuring they are delivered to the correct rooms or areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements

  • Night and day shift flexibility required.
  • Full valid clean UK driving license, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Previous customer-facing experience in a similar environment.
  • Smart, professional appearance.
