Job Description

Relief Porter/Concierge Role

Dove & Hawk is partnering with a high-end residential property management company to fill a full-time, permanent Relief Porter/Concierge position. This role will provide holiday and absence cover across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents and their guests upon arrival.
  • Ensure timely communication with residents, contractors, and management via email/phone.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly building checks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service.
  • Good level of computer skills.
  • Salary budget: £29,400pa.
  • IOSH, Mental Health & First Aid Training funded.

Working Hours:

35 hours per week on shift patterns, covering holidays and absences given one month in advance (day and night shifts).
