The successful candidate will be an analytical professional with expertise in system use and development, as well as program management. They will have a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and structure large data sets to inform the design of a successful sales program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, agree key performance indicators, and reinforce success metrics.
  3. Continuously assess and improve sales plans, optimizing program management processes to ensure adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Monitor and report on program performance, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

About the Role

We seek an agile and strategic thinker who can apply ideas, methodologies, and principles from various industries to solve unique sales challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large and complex data sets, as well as expertise in Microsoft products, advanced Excel, and SQL.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes, project management methodologies, and tools.

Salary and Benefits

£58,000 - £68,000 per annum, plus commission-based earnings, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent and rewarding exceptional performance.
