About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and groups to increase sales and revenue.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and negotiate effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales achievement from within the automotive sector.
  • Background selling vehicle warranties, paint protection, or insurance-based products is highly desirable.
  • Highly competent in the use of modern IT systems and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
