Regional Sales Manager - Automotive Dealer Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ECW Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with independent dealers and groups to grow our business portfolio.

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to utilize your creativity and thorough knowledge of the sales process to provide innovative ideas for business growth and implement them. Your strong track record of sales achievement and experience selling into the automotive dealer sector will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with independent dealers and groups to grow our business portfolio.
  • Utilize your creativity and sales knowledge to provide innovative ideas for business growth.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and negotiate with clients to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our business remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales achievement from within the automotive sector.
  • Background selling vehicle warranties, paint protection, or insurance-based products would be an advantage.
  • Highly competent in the use of modern IT systems and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
