Regional Sales Manager - Automotive Dealer Services

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with using your creativity and sales expertise to provide innovative ideas for business growth and implement them effectively. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and maintain successful relationships with dealers and groups, leveraging your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with independent dealers and groups to grow the business portfolio.
  • Use your creativity and sales expertise to provide innovative ideas for business growth and implement them effectively.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and maintain successful relationships with dealers and groups.
  • Leverage your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales achievement from within the automotive sector.
  • Background selling vehicle warranties, paint protection, or insurance-based products would be an advantage.
  • Highly competent in the use of modern IT systems and CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
