Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at ASR International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail and showroom clients in the Yorkshire and Northeast regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss product displays and sales strategies.
  • Manage the roll-out of new product displays to ensure optimal brand presence in retail and showroom spaces.
  • Negotiate stock and pricing with key showroom partners to drive sales growth.
  • Deliver training programs for showroom staff and affiliated installers on our full range of bathroom products.
  • Support exhibitions and end-user related activities to promote brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of around 130 active clients, generating approximately £1m annually.
  • Balance key account management with new business development to maintain and grow the region.
  • Track and analyze account performance to set measures and targets for continuous positive sales growth.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Director to improve service and sales performance.
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM to log activity.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic role for an experienced retail sales professional to inherit a solid client base and drive sales growth in the Yorkshire and Northeast regions.

  • A proven track record in retail sales within the bathroom industry.
  • Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with independent retailers and national merchant showrooms.
  • The ability to roll out and manage product displays effectively while driving customer engagement through training and support.
