Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Account Managers in Yorkshire. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for guiding your team to new heights through comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and dedicated mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, actively engaging in the sales process and consistently exceeding personal sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure the region consistently surpasses all performance objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success managing sales professionals in B2B field sales, B2B door-to-door sales, or face-to-face B2B sales environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience.
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Experience in a formal sales process and a proven ability to manage teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Confident of passing background checks, including adverse credit history, disqualified directors, and DBS Checks.
