About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mase Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing new and existing business in the Northern territory.

Your primary focus will be on cultivating a current account base of (Apply online only) accounts and proactively developing sales opportunities within areas such as machine builders, factory automation, production machinery, industrial machinery, automated warehousing, healthcare equipment, test benches, UAV's, etc.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Production Managers, contributing towards our long-term growth expectations and meeting and exceeding sales forecasts for the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow new (70%) and existing business (30%) in the Northern territory.
  2. Cultivate a current account base of (Apply online only) accounts.
  3. Develop sales opportunities within areas such as machine builders, factory automation, production machinery, industrial machinery, automated warehousing, healthcare equipment, test benches, UAV's, etc.
  4. Develop long-term relationships with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Production Managers.
  5. Contribute towards our long-term growth expectations.
  6. Meet and exceed sales forecasts for the region.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4-5 years' solution sales experience selling electronic/electrical components to OEMs. You should have a consultative and solutions-based sales approach, be willing to travel, and hold a full UK driving license.

Experience with Connectors, Cable Assemblies, Sensors, PLC's, Inverters, Drives, Industrial Computing, Switchgear, Motors, Asset Tracking (manufacturing), or Industry 4.0 is highly desirable.

A formal engineering qualification is not required, but you should be comfortable liaising with technical personnel and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
