As a Regional Sales Manager at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Sales Account Managers in Yorkshire. With a proven track record of success in B2B field sales, you'll drive sales growth, exceed targets, and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 6-8 Sales Account Managers, providing comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and exceed performance objectives.
  • Actively engage in the sales process, consistently exceeding personal sales targets and setting a positive example for your team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B field sales, with a minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience.
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Strong work ethic and relentless drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience in a formal sales process and proven ability to manage teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Confident of passing background checks, including adverse credit history, disqualified directors, and DBS Checks.
