Senior Sales Role

Lord Search and Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join their senior management team as a Regional Sales Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in growing sales and driving business growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery & Consumer Electronics sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in growing sales and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
