Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key player in the fire and security industry, we are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling electronic goods and services to public sector, retail, manufacturing, and warehousing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop joint sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the management team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, security, health and safety, or loss prevention
  • Proven track record of success in selling electronic goods and services to public sector, retail, manufacturing, and warehousing clients
  • Strong understanding of the fire and security industry, including products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Location:
