About Us: Complete Security Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the fire and security industry.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, security, health and safety, or loss prevention, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate own appointments and leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Loss Prevention Managers, Security Managers, Health and Safety Managers, and Regional Managers in the fire and security industry
  • Sell electronic goods and services to public sector, retail, manufacturing, and warehousing clients
  • Configure and set up systems for presentations
  • Travel to all parts of the region, with a preference for being located in a commutable distance to our office in Pontefract

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in sales, security, health and safety, or loss prevention
  • Proven record of selling electronic goods and services to key players in the fire and security industry
  • Experience in selling to public sector, retail, manufacturing, and warehousing clients
  • Ability to generate own appointments and leads
  • Existing relationships with Loss Prevention Managers, Security Managers, Health and Safety Managers, and Regional Managers in the fire and security industry
  • Technical know-how to set up and configure systems for presentations
