Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Midas. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share in your region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including end-users and dealers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least one year of field-based B2B sales experience
  • Commercial kitchen experience as a chef de partie, kitchen manager, pastry chef, sous chef, executive chef, head chef, or contract catering manager
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong referral network
