Fawkes and Reece are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team in the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of home sale transactions, including liaisons with advisors, agents, solicitors, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with the New Homes Code and other mandatory/non-mandatory procedures and protocols.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales areas, including fit-out of show homes.
  • Provide market analysis and reporting to inform land purchase decisions.
  • Help devise marketing strategies to drive sales throughout the life cycle of each development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Manager role with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous marketing experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fully conversant in Microsoft software applications and strong personable skills.
