Specification Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Specification Sales Manager to join our team in the North East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing existing relationships with ground engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow new business with ground engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the North East region.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Identify opportunities for new specifications, develop leads, and convert them into profitable sales.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to network and promote the business.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and key account management to the senior management team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a specification sales role, ideally within the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the specification process and experience working with ground engineers and contractors.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organised, with strong planning and time management abilities.
