When you join The Sales People, you’ll receive comprehensive training directly from our Founder, a sales expert who has been honing his craft since his teenage years. Without the traditional path of a university education, he joined an early-stage startup built its sales team from just him to 250 people globally. His efforts contributed to the company’s extraordinary success, culminating in a sale valued at $750 million.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (SDR/AE) to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to take their careers to the next level. As a Business Development Executive, you will be crucial in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Relationship Building & Closing: CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required. While SAAS/Tech sales experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training, we value backgrounds in Door-to-Door Sales, Car Sales, Recruitment, and Estate Sales. Please note that retail sales assistant roles are not considered relevant sales experience for this position.

Competitive Salary: £96,000 OTE uncapped.
Training and Development: Using 20 years of experience building scaled sales teams we have created our own unique training. Skills, language & mindset will be coached.
