Sales Development Representative

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for winning new business within independent venues, while maintaining relationships with current accounts in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Grow Distribution: Develop and implement strategies to increase product distribution across the current account base.
- Develop Existing Business: Ensure customer requirements are met to the highest standard by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Monthly Journey Plans: Create and own monthly journey plans to effectively manage diary and maximize sales opportunities.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and increase brand awareness of products through education and networking.
- Sales Maximization: Maximize sales through educating customers on the company brand and products.
- Customer Meetings: Attend regular meetings with new and existing customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Event Support: Provide support with activations by attending events and tastings to promote products.
- Drinks Experience: Desirable, but not essential.
- Field Sales Experience: Ideal, but not necessary.
- Background: Hospitality/sales background considered at Assistant Manager/General Manager level.
- Personality: Passionate, driven, strong communication and people skills, highly organized, and good time management.
- Team Player: Great team player and culture add.
