  • Responsible for sales, profitability, and customer service for assigned customers and areas.
  • Grow sales and recruit new customers in the sales territory as instructed.

Major Duties:

  • Achieve sales targets and business objectives assigned by the National Sales Manager.
  • Introduce and sell new products and promotions according to established objectives.
  • Distribute advertising and promotional material using best merchandising techniques.
  • Advise customers on the effective use of our products.
  • Proactively offer and provide support for customers' business development.
  • Promote customer assistance at events and meetings.
  • Achieve customer loyalty by making programmed visits, fulfilling orders, and resolving incidents and claims.
  • Carry out various administrative and planning tasks, including processing orders, submitting reports, establishing a journey plan, and collecting unpaid invoices.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in a similar sector.
  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • User computer skills.
  • Full driving license.

Soft Skills:

  • Relationship management (internal and external).
  • Team player/supportive.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Honesty.
