About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team at NCH Europe. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and securing long-term partnerships with new and existing customers in the North West region, specifically Manchester or Liverpool areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers through consultative sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Coordinate and attend review meetings at contracted customer sites, ensuring presence at client sites daily.
  • Account management - maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals.
  • Complete and manage all customer orders utilizing relevant company technology and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and trading standards.
  • Present NCH Europe as a credible and professional supplier of products/services.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services as well as industry developments.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of management/non-management both internally and externally.
  • Able to build strong relationships, gaining trust, and influencing others.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for creative problem-solving.
  • Must be self-motivated, with a positive outlook, and be able to demonstrate initiative and resilience in a sales environment.
  • Ability to manage and maintain multiple customer accounts.
  • Smart appearance with a high standard of self-presentation and a professional approach.
  • Ability to work irregular or extended working hours as necessary to fit with customer and business needs.
