Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our ambitious growth plans forward by converting incoming enquiries into sales, building new relationships, and developing existing key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Converting incoming enquiries into sales
- Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Building a prospect list and devising lead generation and sales development strategies
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients and building relationships with potential clients
- Converting potential clients into long-term customers
- Managing and recording sales development activities
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a sales development capacity with accountability
- Comfortable with standard IT packages and CRM systems
- Ability to build relationships and grab attention
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Availability to work with flexibility
