About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our ambitious growth plans forward by converting incoming enquiries into sales, building new relationships, and developing existing key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Converting incoming enquiries into sales
  • Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Building a prospect list and devising lead generation and sales development strategies
  • Nurturing relationships with existing clients and building relationships with potential clients
  • Converting potential clients into long-term customers
  • Managing and recording sales development activities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a sales development capacity with accountability
  • Comfortable with standard IT packages and CRM systems
  • Ability to build relationships and grab attention
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Availability to work with flexibility
