Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (SDR/AE) to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to take their careers to the next level. As a Business Development Executive, you will be crucial in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Inbound: Qualify and score potential leads.
  • Relationship Building & Closing: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities & maximise conversion.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required. While SAAS/Tech sales experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training, we value backgrounds in Door-to-Door Sales, Car Sales, Recruitment, and Estate Sales. Please note that retail sales assistant roles are not considered relevant sales experience for this position.
